Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. All orders are subject to acceptance, verification, and availability.

Delivery

Standard delivery is typically 2–5 business days via tracked carrier within the United States. Overnight shipping is available at checkout. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Every order includes tracking and free shipment protection.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $250 qualify for free standard U.S. shipping.

Shipping Destinations

Dose One LLC ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Dose One LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. For lost or damaged shipments, see our Refund Policy.

Packaging & Storage in Transit

Our lyophilized (freeze-dried) products are stable at ambient temperature and do not require cold-chain shipping. Each vial is securely packaged in discreet, protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
